This project started out as a small, CBD based warm shell of 2 tenancies which was once a large ANZ Branch and grew into a full services integration. New Electrical and Telecommunication backbone services were installed including a new cut in to the 1600 Amp vertical buss way system feeding all tenancies of the building.
